We are a long-term provider of real estate valuations in the Peterborough region. The firm was founded by John Tozer in 1972, and has grown steadily over the years through integrity, hard work, professionalism and a strict adherence to appraisal guidelines and ethics standards as established by the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Our company is owned and operated by David Tozer, CRA. Staff includes 3 appraisers and 2 administrative personnel.

Our investment in training and technology has served to improve product turnaround, as well as reduce our Clients workload and improve communications. Clients have the ability to place orders and stay informed on report progress at any time through our web-based appraisal order system and report status updates. We are capable of delivering reports electronically as well as hard copy.
